AI that works in the real world
lesswork Productivity Solutions is an AI company based in Vienna, Austria. Our products are the lesswork Voicebot for multilingual customer conversations and lesswork VoiceOps for controlled workflows, testing and ongoing operational oversight.
We work with businesses that want to answer more customers, capture more opportunities, reduce repetitive front-line work and use AI without giving it more authority than it should have.
Our approach is simple: start with one real business process, decide what the AI may and may not do, test it properly and expand only when the workflow earns its place.
Commercial, linguistic, technical and operating experience around one problem: making customer-facing AI dependable.
